The fuction and the characteristics : The FXL pelletizer is the special equipment for pellets making, powder layering, and film coating. If the batch capacity less than 60kg, it can be integrated in DPL multi-processor. During fluidization, three forces provide a moving pattern best described as a 'spiral rope'. The centrifugal force causes the product to move toward the wall of the chamber, air velocity through the gap provides acceleration up ward, and gravity cascades the product inward and toward the disc again. A nozzle is positioned in the particles to spray liquid tangentially and concurrently with the flow of particles. This process is a good choice for powder layering and precise coating.
